Work Setting: Apartment building Specific Skills: Cleaning all common areas in an apartment building. Such tasks include Sweeping, moping and washing of floors. Waxing and polishing floors. Also vacuum carpeting, area rugs and clean and disinfect elevators. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. This position also includes cleaning vacant apartments in order to get them ready for new tenants to move in. Such tasks include cleaning, disinfecting and polishing kitchen fixtures and appliances, Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures, washing windows, walls and ceilings.
